Flu, in the majority of cases, I am not even being selected for the interview. I received my Masters and school psychology credential in May, therefore I am a new grad with little experience. From the opinions I've gathered, this seems to be a problem because of the possibility of a large number of experienced applicants applying for the same positions. I don't know, but I really want a position. I also have to compete with the bilingual applicants who are more desirable because of Southern Cali's large population of Hispanic students.

I'm sorry to hear that. Not that it's any of my business, but are you working with an employment agency at all, or all you just cold calling/sending in resumes,etc.
