Yes, people are posting articles but who is saying they are the word of God or the UT is great now??? I think the only one is you.

If you don’t like it then don’t read it. If you think a majority on this site are don’t know what they are talking about then start your own site suggesting that and sharing your opinion. Maybe you can take effort to poke holes in the recent stories or reports.

Bottom Line….Good/Bad/Indifferent, this site and its users have made many question their thoughts and actions regarding real estate.
