It’s not about affirmation but rather education to masses of people who are not receiving it in the main stream media.
They are always late and have a puppetmaster pulling the strings. We are independent researcher’s and thinkers who have decided to not drink the kool aid….and base financial decisions on historical economic models and cycles not the NAR’s “time to buy” campaigns…..
Either way, we were right….and that feels a hell of a lot better than sitting on 4 houses in new developments and losing sleep every night…..and your wife ready to walk out on you for making dumb emotional decisions with your kids college fund…
Like my Dad always said, sometimes you get the elevator and sometimes you get the shaft…..
