The dogs say they need a back
The dogs say they need a back yard to sun themselves, and I like to avoid human contact, so SFH it is.
The wife says she will never again live in an HOA. And I agree, after our nightmarish experiences with our last condo’s HOA, which I lovingly referred to as the Stasi.
I would prefer no mello roos but obviously that’s just part of the overall calcuation (ie good enough price to offset mello roos would be ok).
FWIW.

I picked the most popular I picked the most popular choice, but it all depends on prices and if my wife and I can ever afford them!
Edit: swap “if my wife and I can ever afford them!” with “if they ever make sense!”
