You are wrong.
I am the king of nothing.
However, I do have a large number of referrals and stable of happy people I have worked with.
Kind of reminds me of the the Plow King/Mr. Plow fight on the Simpsons.
Also, to the OP:
21 hours of membership and you are already trying to sell things to us and tell us we should all be working with Mr. Matt.
If you are trying to pump up Mr. Battiata, you are likely not preaching to a sympathetic audience.
While I certainly admire his marketing and market share, I do not envy the reputation he has garnered with his peers and former clients.

For what it is worth. For what it is worth. Battiata isnt close to King of Real Estate in San Diego. I just checked the stats for year to date sales closed and $ volume. I dont even think he’s in the top 20 this year.

Well nuts, took a day off Well nuts, took a day off from reading to try to find another home to lease and I missed this exciting vote. I only know the good work of UR, so that’s who I would have voted for. However, back in the day (3 years ago), with the TV on at 5:30 AM, and me still somewhat asleep, all of Matt’s commercials would have given my subconscious vote to him, without even knowing it.
