think it has a chance to pass because its an instant gratification pocket book issue for many voters,… BUT at the moment I’m still undecided because on one hand past experience tells me politicians have no fiscal discipline to fix roads and other transportation infrastructure YET realize the idiots in charge along w/ the bureaucrats are the only ones who can fix roads and up-grade the transportation infrastructure
