The giant red and white sign at the bottom of the valley says NEW HOMES. Drivers on I-15 can barely see it — I could only get the photo by driving up old Hwy 395, getting out of the car and walking up a berm. Maybe they are marketing to people in airplanes. Homes here go for about $500K for a 3 bedroom house.
