ParticipantYeah, I thought it was a typo at first too, but Poway city’s website has an interactive zoning map tool where you can enter in the APN parcel number and it gives you info on lot size, sq ft, zoning, setback, etc. And it said it was 3.5 acres too. Can the land belong to the owner of the house, but he/she just cannot do anything with it because it’s marked “open space”?

House on 3.5 acre lot for $470k-500kSeems like such a large lot (looks develope-able too) would fetch a much much higher price. Is there some sort of land use restriction or easement there that prevents developing or even simply fencing off the area?
