ParticipantWell, I assume it’s a disclosure because it affects home value (whether it was criminal or natural death). Some people don’t like living in a house where someone died recently. And I think the seller has to disclose material knowledge of information that affects home value.

Yikes! Definitely weird. Did the place eventually sell? How much do things like that affects home value?
