Ditto. Suddenly my cable, phone, and internet randomly cost more. It’s not negligible: like 5% more. No problems with the banks though (I keep close watch).
Should I cancel time warner and try att u-verse? Anyone done that?
Isn’t that because of the new increase in state sales tax?

WickedheartParticipantFirst of all, both names start with “r” and have logos with accent lines near the letter “e,” he said.
“It goes beyond that,” Scoville added. “If you chop the top off of the ‘h,’ you (almost) have the ‘m’ in Re/Max. The next letter is an ‘a,’ and if you take the ‘v’ then you have half of an ‘x.’ ”
Bawahahaha. That’s a whole heck of a lot of if’s.

WickedheartParticipant
Lucky guys, I am getting raped by Cox. $117 for internet and digital HD Cable without any packages. No Phone service.
$117 for just basic stuff but that is Cox for you.
Wow, I’m surprised. I loved Cox. I HATE Time Warner. I bundled everything and it was less than that. I had unlimited long distance w/ call waiting and forwarding. Of course that was 2 and a half years ago. Cox was reliable. I hardly ever had problems with my service and when I did I was credited, no hassle.
Time Warner sucks. My phone goes out ALL the time. My internet goes out frequently. I go through periods where I have to unplug my modem and reboot all the time. It took well over a year for them to fix the cable TV. They are jerks about crediting you. When ATT&T came though the neighborhood all my neighbors switched. I’ve noticed Time Warner Customer Service seems to be more responsive now.
