    Nice work Ox. I was talking to one of the BofA financial advisors the other day and he said you can actually get a loan from them 3 different ways and the rate is different for all 3…pretty screwed up IMO.

    I actually tried using them about a yr ago and they were slow and non responsive then and I even knew the loan officer personally. She always had an excuse for everything so after 2 weeks I switched to SDCCU and they got it done fast. SDCCU did try to change programs on me as the one we started with was no longer offered when I closed, but we I made some noise and got the exception.

    I don’t really feel comfortable with any lender which is why my deposit is always contingent on full loan approval/docs
