ParticipantYes Adam you might just be trying to help someone out, but I would be very careful if I were you. Maybe read through Article 16 of the NAR Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice to make sure you are not crossing the line.

ParticipantOur legal system is too soft. A good majority will get away with their scams & fraud and figure out a new way to screw others come the next boom.
Maybe more Piggington’s need to be contracted out to help catch all these con artists
