ParticipantMy guess based on the last selling price of $319k is that its a short sale that hasn’t been approved by bank, so good luck getting it at $199k for the next few months.
It can also be very hard to get in/out of that location during rush hour…don’t plan on making any left turns!

Participantasianautica- you would have to be in the highest tax brackets for Fed & State and get around 4.75% tax free from the muni’s to see an 8% taxable equivalent. I’m not sure what current muni rates are but I doubt they are in the high 4%
