That house has been discussed on this board when it went for sale at $739. There are many on this board that are interested in the La Costa area. I would do a search of la costa oaks, la costa valley, sante fe ridge, sonata and summerwalk in the piggs forums as there have been
many posts.

FWIW- I am not the expert by any means, but I drove by that particular house this weekend and was not impressed. I thought that since it backs up to rsf road it would at least have a decent yard, not the case.

I have not looked at the house on Camino Serbal or remember the house on Sitio Abeto..correct me of I am wrong but the traffic on Calle Barcelona is nothing compared to the traffic on RSF road. I would much rather take the $230000 and invest in some rentals.
