I was a bad kid-young adult. Kicked out of my house many times by parent throughout 92-94. We live in Inland Empire. I (broke into) lived in 5 different townhouses that were not for sale, rentals, or anything (just abandoned). They just sat there (no clue to this date why). Then after everywhere was a 50% off sale in 95-97 I had 2 of my co-workers buy a second house and let their first house go back to the bank. During that same time both my next door neighbors and along with my family bought 2nd houses and dumped the townhouses back to the bank. One thing you have to remember that in ALL 5 cases that I personally know of they were all prime loans. Chuck that idea of only alt-A and subprime only getting hurt.
The reason why all this happened was due to lower monthly payments.

ParticipantAll the tracking I did shown that ALL of Temecula was flipperville and all the run up was due to all of what everyone knows. That place is toast and everyone here should know it by now. Now the bank owned realtors are begging for offers and telling people to send offers in ~10% off.

EDIT: whomever said Paloma Del Sol was flipperville you are 100% RIGHT! If you ever saw that photo I took of 6 homes all for sale all next to each other, it was in there. I would never ever buy in there. Section 8 will rule that master plan.

Josh Groban -Remember When It RainedAs for your question, look for foreclosures mounting and job loss. If that doesnt mount than it will take a very long time. I am watching those 2 areas more than anything else at the moment. I’m just glad the area I want to live in is crashing.
