ParticipantOur rent in Alta Loma is 1600. I paid three 3 months checks, 6 months, 6 month and a final 3 month (sending at end of this month). We are comming due on our 2 year and I plan to be at 1400 for one more year or split at the start of Aug. We still have half our stuff boxed from when we first moved in and never hung a picture on the wall. They thought it was strange to have a renter sending a couple of 9600 checks in the mail. I just hate paying monthly as I would forget a lot and pay late if I didnt.
