ParticipantMy wife was about 1 month due when we close escrow on our house and I got the kitchen and couple other things done before he came. Dont let that bother you! Concrete floors can be fashionable for a short amount of time and many have done it and gotten by fine. If you like it just close it up. If you went this far into escrow you must have more possitives than negatives so dont worry.
