ParticipantIt is probably not the agent. If it is listed in the MLS you are getting enough viewers. Problem probably is the price. Why else would people not buy it? New agent will do cartwheels and get a buyer? Check out some post in here and you can find investors listing at a loss. Markets not hot anymore.
But I REALLY would check into SD Realtor (not sdrealtor) in this forum. His views on the market are sound and will probably get you’re place sold .

ParticipantOne of my friends is a realtor out of Ontario’s Century 21 town and country. Only ever sold my property and his wifes mom’s house which is in escrow right now. He went out yesterday and bought a brand spanking new Corvette for 43k. 700 a month 250 insurance. No other buyers or sellers lined up atm. Guess how this one wil go? I drove it today. It is nice though 🙂

I already stopped looking for myself in South Riverside. Their are way to many. I think I’m up to 42 homes and not posting all the sort sales and if you noticed, I didnt have’nt any 500k + homes on there from South Riverside really. There were to many at 350-500k to list. I’m done for now and only add others from different locations when others post em.
