ParticipantI did a quick look at the tax roll records for Ivy Gate. It looks to me that ~19 homeowners are either late or have defaulted on their property taxes. I am guessing there are 60 homes in the development or about 1 in 3 are having problems paying their taxes.
I was inspired to look at this statistic after recently driving through this community and seeing more than a few still lacking any landscaping.
