I think this is what Sebonic Financial is offering per my Zillow mortgage mobile app.
utcsoxParticipant
Sebonic has been offering 3.375% with ~$1500 credit for awhile now. So, rates hasn’t changed much today. Let see if I can get 3.375% with ~$4-5k in credit and I’ll pull the trigger.
You shall pull the trigger then. The conforming loan is 3.375% with ~$4K in credit. Is this better than 3.25% with $1 fee?
utcsoxParticipantCouple of lenders (Aurora and Sebonic Financial) are doing 3.250% APR with $1 in fees from Zillow Mortgage…

There is more nuance than that. The voters need to weight a candidate character, philosophy, leadership, policy position in balance. It also need to be weighted against its opponents, the other primary contenders and ultimately Hillary Clinton.
Republicans electorate has concluded with all his flaws, Trump represents the best of what the party has to offer. Most elected Republican officers concur and have endorsed Trump. To me, this is inexplicable. I don’t think any reasonable analysis will show that Trump is the better candidate compare to his primary opponents or Hillary. Republican party of now is not a normal political party. It stands for nothing but winning the election.

utcsoxParticipantIt’s easy to run different scenarios using NY Times rent vs. buy calculator.

utcsoxParticipant
Yeah, flu, the Qualcomm price correction everyone waited for…
Yet, in SF, rents are going down and there is definitely talk of a bubble. VC money is tight and the housing blogs suggest price increases in real estate are already starting to slow down…
In LA, rents are going down, too.
And incomes certainly aren’t going up fast enough to keep pace.
So there are some definite clouds on the horizon in California!
My own theory is that there are a lot of aging boomers in NCCSD and there is no reason for them to leave. Plus, there are a lot of boomers on the younger end moving in – maybe buying that retirement place ahead of time so they can lock in the tax base now instead of 5-10-15 years from now, not to mention crazy low interest rates where jumbo is less than conventional and pretty close to 3% – and that’s putting pressure on inventory and pushing prices up.
But how high can it go? And as prices keep going up, are there really enough people with that much money?
I am not aware of rents are going down in Los Angeles or San Francisco. According to Zillow, monthly changes in rent is 0.7% in LA and 0.3% in SF. Annual Changes are 3.8% in LA and 9.9% in SF. The pace of increase might has slowed, but I have not seen any evidence that rents are actually decreasing.

Somebody can’t create an import export company that buys drugs for fractions of the price in India and then opens a pharmacy here.
Thank god. As much as people like to take their lives into their own hands buying drugs in Mexico, the simple fact is many countries don’t have the same rigorous chain of custody requirements for drug products the US has. For something in a pressed pill format (i.e. viagara) this is less of an issue than for things like IV drugs that have requirements for storage.Even for pills chain of custody is important to ensure you’re getting what you think you’re getting. Bear in mind that something like half of imported olive oil is fake. If your “olive oil” is actually a cheaper oil… no big deal, right? But if your medicine isn’t what it’s supposed to be? That’s a huge issue.
Ha! you trust your life with corrupt as hell FDA but not drugs from Mexico?
Are you sure there are stringent requirements or even if they are ‘rigorous’ here compared to other countries?Do you have proof by any measure of how safe drugs are here compared to EU or even Mexico?
It is exactly this liberal daddy-knows-better attitude or our FDA looks out for our bests interests that piss the voters off.
FDA works for their pharma customers, not you the american.
Haha, but you miss the point that FDA is inherently an unconstitutional organization. So in addition to the IRS, the Department of Commerce, the Department of Energy, the Department of Education and HUD, future Republican presidential candidates shall include FDA as an organization that shall be eliminated. The benefit is not only it will reduce the federal spending but it will give American people the freedom to choose whatever medical options that are available in the market. By deregulate this market, it will spur the innovation and drive down the medical cost and insurance premium. π
utcsoxParticipantWell, with the new poll I posted above, RCP has Trump up about 4 percent in Indiana. The lead might actually be bigger if you discard the outliner that had Cruz up by 16. I think 538 do add more weight on later polls and higher quality polls.
