Yeah.
I have seen them with a 7 day passive (where the contingencies are removed once a date passes) removal and an extra $300 “filing fee” for the buyer.Inspect the hell out of it immediately and get the appraisal and loan work up done immediately.
Within a week you should hopefully be just marking time.
