I have to say as i didnt read the end of your charming note that i actually am a huge fan of extoic cars and I just recieved a beautiful Ferrai from New York 3 weeks ago so youre were pretty close on that one.

Your phraseology is wrong and indicates that you are shoveling it (and two spelling errors too). If you had really purchased a Ferrari and had it shipped.. you would have taken delivery of it from the shipper or expediter. Your wording indicates that you would like to ‘receive’ a Ferrari, but you are quite unable to pay for it, have it shipped, and take delivery of the vehicle.

Procedure:
remove bolts attaching dish to roof. Apply silicon to holes

Actually you don’t want to use silicon. It will not bond with the tar paper and make a good seal. It is possible to get black roofing sealant/caulk which has the consistency of tar and this is what should be used on the holes.

I had the tooth extracted approx. 1 month ago and the oral surgeon put in the bone graft material the same day.

That would worry me. When I had a root canal done, the endontist put some antibiotic ‘down the hole’ and then sealed the top with a temp filling. He then rechecked with x-rays about 2 weeks later to see if the small amount of infection at the tip had cleared before the root canal would be sealed and I would be scheduled to get the crown.

The bacteria that live in your mouth are very nasty. If they get into your bloodstream, they could wreck all sorts of damage, including causing chronic heart failure. The bacteria seem to like to attack the heart muscle.
