I consider a CPA an academic position. Maybe you don’t have the respect I do for the work that went into obtaining it. But, then again, you don’t have one do you?

CPA is an academic position?? Really? I don’t think that a CPA would agree with you(would need SK in CV to chime in here). The exam for a CPA is often considered to be harder than the BAR exam. From memory, the CPA exam is actually 4 exams. Total time if taken all at once is about 2 days. (BAR exam is 6 hours).I don’t know what you are trying to achieve with the statement above though.
I’m getting the weird feeling that ‘investor’ is currently taking classes. There is a 1.5 hours on/off to his board pubs. Tuesday classes @UCSD are 1.5 hours long. I also notice some weird timestamps on his postings. Looks like using different computers, possibly different types (Unix vs MSFT) with possible different time-bases. That said, UCSD computers tend to be well managed and sync’d up to a time-server. Maybe high school?
Maybe it is just the noise in the back of the room making it hard for me to concentrate ;-P

My deepest apologies. Rain check. I owe you two (Argentinian strippers, that is).

Umm.. I hope they are female Argentinian strippers(naturally, not surgically).
A Katoey or Bakla is too much for my mind to handle. I am not that far on the ‘wild side’..ucodegen

Why is this kept secret?
I’m not losing any sleep over this, but it is kinda curious.
That is a good question. I don’t really know the answer. I suspect it’s because there aren’t any regulations that make it mandatory. Solely in order to quell the paranoia of conspiracy theorists, it might not be a bad idea to create those regulations. On the other hand, since the paranoid conspiracy theorists don’t believe audited financial statements as it is, they probably wouldn’t believe any published ownership listing either.
I would think it would be a good idea to make the ownership public just from a public transparency standpoint. It is indirectly a branch of the government – almost FRE/FNM style.

Don’t make me find that one two (Allen, SV CV, davelj, lookie, lookie he did it again!!!)
Um I think that may be “SK in CV” not “SV CV”.. not the ‘two’ mistake you were expecting?Actually I would agree that SK in CV gets a pass. Their ‘creds’ were offered up by another person before they made any statement. Their statement might be considered clarification.
Now if Allan from Fallbrook brought up his own creds w/o being asked or prompted, that would be a different story.
Are you sure you guys aren’t just holding hands and kissing in the back?
umm.. bordering on slander via innuendo?
