ParticipantThat’s quite a flip if they’re successful.
And since it’s pending, I assume their odds are good.

Your postings have been very helpful. I had already been checking LPS regularly, and am now checking all three. I don’t think anyone could ask you to do more, I agree that posting with the listings continuing month after month would be a hassle.
Maybe you can help me a little with using LPS though if you would be so kind…
You recently posted this on SDLookup:
UCGal 2/2/2011from fidelityasap.com
Sale Status: Sold 02/02/2011
TS Number: 20100128790
ASAP Number: 3850671
Notice of Sale Amt: $0.00
Opening Bid Amt: $720,000.00
Sold Amt: $720,000.01
However, I don’t see this sale when I search LPS. I have searched by the 92106 area code, by the TS number, and ASAP number. This has happened with several auctions you have posted.
Am I just an being stupid and missing something about looking these up? Or is there something more to it?[/quote]
It only looks back 7 days. So if you didn’t catch in by 2/9… (That’s why I post it on sdlookup… to try and capture some of the data.)
Have you tried looking at that address on Redfin? A lot of times they capture the trustee data when sdlookup doesn’t. (You didn’t post the address so I can’t look it up.)

ParticipantSorry I’m late to this thread.
I monitor 3 sites that I learned about here on Piggington.
http://www.lpsasap.com/ts.aspx
http://www.priorityposting.com/PPPAdvancedWebSearch/Pages/AdvancedSearchPage.aspx
http://rppsales.com/Properties.aspx
The last two seem to be the auctions at the east county court house… lpasap is mostly the downtown courthouse.
There does not seem to be any correlation between the homes address and which courthouse…
I originally was posting on properties before the sale – but that got really tedious with the many many many postponements.
Now I only post the trustee sale results, after the fact, since the websites above have limited lookback… It makes it easier to see what’s going on with a property if you know it was purchased at the steps, or went back to the bank.
I only post the zipcodes that interest me.
