That is fuggn funny. I visit this board once in a long awhile to see what’s new in housing. But this is getting funny. All we need here is a blog leader telling everyone lets rent a huge mansion in Rancho Santa Fe and then when they get there, here comes the black Nike’s or the Jone’s Town juice, because it’s getting so bad that there is no alternative. lol

I heard over the weekend a rumor that HP in Rancho Bernardo has some major layoffs coming. Looks like they have recently cut in Oregon and Idaho. If this is true, I wander how this will effect inventory in RB/4s for those employees that own.

I would like to hear from some of the wise men on the board, who can remember the recession of the 70’s. I was still in HS during the early 90’s recession, and I’ve heard some older friends still say that the 70’s recession was far worse than what is going on currently. It seems like a healthy recession going on personally, and all the “cash is king” people will be the winners when they buy at or near the bottom of real estate, stocks, etc… What do our wise elders have to say?
