That picture of the backyard looks like it could be in the worst pictures in the MLS.
I toured these homes too when they were new, and this house has a small kitchen for a home this size and feels like the “Winchester Mansion” for those that have been.

Seriously, we were all pissed when the market was on steroids because we couldn’t save enough $$$ to keep up with the increase in RE prices, and we weren’t about to buy when they were so inflated anyway.
Now we have the flip side occuring in that we can afford to buy more house than we thought we could, however we are afraid to pull the trigger less we lose thousands when prices continue to drop.
I’d like to move back in with my parents again……
