    I noticed at all the open houses we hit today (Sunday) that we were the only ones there and the pages in the sign in books were mostly blank.
    If I were a betting man, I bet we will see a run up in inventory again.

    I found this forum via links from SDLookup – great site.
    I checked out Tierrasanta today, I was pleasantly surprised.
    One thing that confused me on the SDLookup site – the $/ft ratio is pegged using the highest of the range. That’s just wrong as there is nobody buying anything at the top, or even the bottom.
