I work with a number of people who would not consider buying a home 6 months ago. They are NOW seeking Realtors to buy a home, or in the process of selecting a house.
Call them sheep if you want. I am buying one too. Use whatever rhetoric you want.
As SDRealtor so correctly mentioned – happiness is not the same for everyone. To some, it is buying at the bottom.
