ParticipantThe instance that made me think of the square foot comment was an obvious misrepresentation of a master bedroom. The listing stated 14 x 12 feet when the actual size was 10 by just under 10. Not sure if they were including the in-room bathroom towards the measurements but it was immediately apparent to myself and my Realtor that the room was no where near the stated size.

ParticipantOK, well maybe I should rephrase. I have been “more or less” looking since 2004 as I always have my eyes open for attractive bargains.
The three months is the amount of time I’ve been spending going out 3-4 days a week after work, taking days off, spending my weekends looking at homes.
If you’ve been spending 4 years like that, then I feel for you and have to wonder how you aren’t committed to an institution as that would surely drive me crazy.
