Office Depot got 50% off Ink cartage for our HP printer.

Got there earlier enough to get a ticket (one of ten available) for a Toshiba Lap-Top at about half the price we paid for the “Home” Lap-Top we have now but ours is only 2 years old so I gave the ticket to someone else.

Maybe, Oddly enough the IE is doing a lot better right now, they got Amazon building and opening a large facility and a score of others doing the same.
They loosen up credit and housing industry will likely take off next year in the IE, one of the few places with a lot of buildable land left in SoCal.

Heck whatever they got going on in L.A. seems to be doing very well, There are new Tesla’s Maserati’s and assorted German luxury and sports cars everywhere and traffic is just packed at rush hour.

I think once the proof of concept is proven, If I were made king of the world I would have this implemented ASAP world wide.

There is a lot of working hydrogen to liquid fuels converter Tech that could act as a stop gap until full electric would be available.

I don’t think SD has to worry too much about the fracking issue.

But whatever the argument against the pine-line the point is moot because the GOP will just pass it next year anyway.

But the whole low oil price thing is just to put Russia on the ropes anyway (Gold as well).

I think it is very likely most cars will not be running on Gas in 15-20 years (or get somewhere north of 50 MPG).

We really really won’t need Oil as much as we used to in 15-20 years is the thing, so it is kind of a waste really.

The thing with TX particularity the Dallas area is your property Tax may be more than rent LOL.

A colleague of mine is paying over 16K a year property tax on her 300K home.

Make sure you know the property tax burden before you buy!!

The other piece of advise I got from her was to be sure to buy a home with a very small lot unless you plan to really (I mean really) farm it.

You can do a grand canyon Air tour, see a water canon show see Paris, venice the mediterranean sea and then take in a show all in one day LOL.

This year we could not get away for more than a few days, if you got 3-4 days Vegas has everything in one place .
