    Dear Mr. Bush,
    What should we do next?
    Will home prices stop declining because people are making their payments?
    I want a 1% loan for 30 years… Is that possible?
    Then what happens in 2010? Will people make more income to make the adjustable payments?
    What will the interest be for adjusting in 2010?
