    There were quite a few intentional misrepresentations in her speech which irritated me, but she is a fine speaker.

    The family shots came off a little Beverly Hillbillies and I too didn’t hear much of substance except what appeared to be a reiteration that gas/oil exploration is a large part of her proposed energy solution. I guess that shouldn’t be surprising given she got yanked out of Alaska just a few short days ago.

    I will be anxious to see what the polls say come next Monday.

    They say that people vote the prez, not the VP. I still say she’s gonna be a big win or a big mistake for McCain. I really doubt it will be neutral.

    No problem, sdr, always happy to hear about new fun cities. What is the real name of “The City”?

    The only town I knew of that was called “The City” by non-local folks is London. What city on the east coast has that moniker also?

    That might work. As long as they leave it in the central part of the US. Central US needs a party town.

    The west, we have Vegas and SF.
