    I can’t understand why a plea bargain was accepted by the judge. Does this mean that the case is closed now and the investors are out of luck?

    Scripps Ranch has some nice homes. HOWEVER, the fire risk is extremely high and you must consider this when planning to move here.

    Yes, 182, 184, and I believe 157 were all listed as under contract (182 was the one we saw go to contract Sunday). We were just a bit late, since in the new phase I think 182 and 184 were the best positioned units.

    Thank you for the info. I think you made a good choice buying the townhouse. The location and floor plan are great. The only concern we have are the schools in Santee which don’t have a good reputation. Other than that it’s a good value.
