ParticipantThese homes are great, only the location is less than desirable. Shopping is miles away and the scenery is rather uninspiring.

Thank you for your very detailed comments about your own experience. We really liked the development and think it’s a great value given the quality of the homes and convenient location. However, one concern is the quality of schools in Santee. This issue has not been discussed and your input is appreciated (if you’re familiar with the schools). Thank you!

I appreciate your comments but would like to ask you why you don’t think that we have reached a bottom yet. Interest rates are at a record low and buyers are stepping in now. I also nticed that the new home prices are not coming down anymore (for example at Stonebridge). Do you think the rising unemployment rate will affect the prices?

ParticipantWell, given today’s run-up it’s probably time to buy SRS at the current levels around $50. I also like SKF at below $92 for a trade. All these short ETF’s are only good for short-term trades and should not be held for too long.
