    It’s hard to believe, but the news media today reported that the recession is officially over. On the same day president Obama stated that the federal government is insolvent.

    There are tons of homes in CV now selling at 40% less than 4 years ago and there are no buyers… Is it possible that the prices will go down further, perhaps even another 20%?

    I believe that Santaluz will eventually recover as the location is unique and buyers will be interested in moving there again. I have seen some great deals out there lately. The HOA includes high-speed cable and landscaping and I think the feel out there is priceless…

    I am not interested in buying at Riverwalk at this time. I am waiting to see what will happen to Skyranch. The prices may come down further as the interest has dried up. I think Lennar is getting desperate to sell their homes fast.
