ParticipantI believe that Santaluz will eventually recover as the location is unique and buyers will be interested in moving there again. I have seen some great deals out there lately. The HOA includes high-speed cable and landscaping and I think the feel out there is priceless…

I am not interested in buying at Riverwalk at this time. I am waiting to see what will happen to Skyranch. The prices may come down further as the interest has dried up. I think Lennar is getting desperate to sell their homes fast.ParticipantThanks!
