ParticipantEven if there are no powerline issues the MR is just a deal breaker for many potential buyers. I doubt that Brookfield will be able to sell these homes at the current prices.

ParticipantThe Japanese have always been very arrogant with China and in contrast to Germany they have never apologized for their atrocities of WW2. I think it’s about time for them to come down to earth and issue a formal apology!

The HOA includes the gate attendant and the DSL internet access. Club membership is extra.
