These homes will probably sell well despite the high selling price and HOA fees due to shortage of new homes in San Diego. Families will also like the school district.
sunny88ParticipantI agree, Santee has improved significantly over the last decade.
sunny88ParticipantBoth parties are corrupt and Biden is not better than Trump. We need more parties so that the power is more balanced by forming coalitions. Most people are are somewhere in between and not being represented.
sunny88ParticipantI prayed for him…and my prayers were answered-he got it!
sunny88Participant
How many in Sky ranch?
None. Most of them in Mira Mesa and Scripps Ranch.
sunny88ParticipantControversy has long surrounded China’s one-child policy, not only because it was a radical intervention by government in the reproductive lives of citizens but also because of how it was enforced and because of some of its unintended consequences. Although some enforcement methods were mild, such as providing contraceptives and offering incentives for compliance, millions of Chinese had to endure stricter methods, such as forced sterilizations and forced abortions. Long-term unintended consequences of the policy included a decline in the number of females in China (in 2016 there were 33.59 million more men than women), a population that was aging too rapidly, and a shrinking workforce.
sunny88ParticipantIn my case 5 out of 23 asked for a reduction of rent and I granted them a 20% discount for 3 months. 4 tenants asked for rent deferment and 14 have been paying on time.

I like Romney alot, he always chooses his own path, not the party line. I respect that a lot. And much of what he says I agree with.
I would have voted for him except I liked Obama better. Had it been a Romney vs Hillary contest, I would have voted Romney.
I liked Romney a lot too. He is a decent politician which is very hard to find nowadays and he had the backbone to stand up against Trump.

sunny88ParticipantIt turns out Pac had a shoulder injury. But still, he would have lost anyway.
sunny88ParticipantGood news. The city rebate now includes artificial grass as well! You can therefore get up to $3.50/sqft in rebates if you combine the city and the SoCal rebate program.

sunny88Participant
I think the seller may get the asking price if they hold out long enough.
In a very tight inventory environment, it only takes 1 desperate buyer to buy the house.
I think for that money you can buy a better house in a quieter neighborhood.
sunny88ParticipantThe house next door is also being flipped. Asking price is way above market for this location. I can’t imagine that any of these 2 homes will sell for more than $1.5 million.
