With the traffic getting worse on 52 during rush hours Santee has become less attractive in my opinion if you have to commute.

These homes will probably sell well despite the high selling price and HOA fees due to shortage of new homes in San Diego. Families will also like the school district.

Both parties are corrupt and Biden is not better than Trump. We need more parties so that the power is more balanced by forming coalitions. Most people are are somewhere in between and not being represented.

In my case 5 out of 23 asked for a reduction of rent and I granted them a 20% discount for 3 months. 4 tenants asked for rent deferment and 14 have been paying on time.

I liked Romney a lot too. He is a decent politician which is very hard to find nowadays and he had the backbone to stand up against Trump.

Last time I visited Skyranch a few months ago it looked like a high end neighborhood. Some of the yards looked amazing and pride of ownership was evident.

The house next door is also being flipped. Asking price is way above market for this location. I can’t imagine that any of these 2 homes will sell for more than $1.5 million.
