Can some Realtor on this forum be kind enough to share with us some details on this transaction?
Also is there a governing body which can be notified/questioned about such transactions? Who regulates this industry? Don’t tell me CA association of Realtors :O

Thing to note is that the status is not even “Sale Pending”Even in an all cash deal I would assume it would take more than a few hours for title transfer and other formalities….
In my opinion, this unfortunately is another example of how these CA Realtors carry out such non-ethical transactions for a lions share on their commissions.
This listing agent might have been sitting on this for a long time and just put it mins before changing status to soldDISCLAIMER: My views are mine alone, these are not facts but mere opinions.
