ParticipantSold for 327K! I was there late at the end of it, but there were a s@#$ lot of people. I am very happy for the sale price, obviously everyone bidding in a state of sanity. I still say its overpriced, but its going in the right direction. I am very thrill, I think there is the light at the end of the tunnel. I might be able to afford a house in this area.
ParticipantTG, I agreed the 449K is also overpriced. Heck as a matter of fact I think the whole Temecula/Murrieta area is still overpriced. I should be able to get a place at $110/sqft. here. IMO this place should be priced at low $300, the rent in the area for a house like that is about $1850 max. I hope the auction start quickly on Saturday, I just want to see the selling price. I will bet some flipper will buy it over 400K.

I don’t think this is an issue, there are realtors in this Blog. I sure don’t blame them, do you? How about you are blaming some of us because you claimed we are gloating. I didn’t even know you are mortgage broker, you could be a stock broker.“As for the rest of you yahoos…good luck in whatever you’re looking for”
Sigh….I am not sure what a yahoos type of person is, however its clear Temeculaguy and Bugs are not one of them. I have a feeling is not supposed to be complement, that’s ok.One more thing, Hot Blonde from Pasadena, Yugoslavia doesn’t exist anymore, its was divided up last time into smaller countries.

ParticipantI got into the same situation in 3 months ago. This wanabee realtor (I just got my real estate license dumbo) at work was claiming its a great time to buy. I told her, she must be smoking crack. She was pissed, and called me a lowlife renter.
