Participant
What strikes me is how this “intelligent” guy is still in denial. I mean, he never mentions any realistic plan to adjust his life to live within his means. He has learned nothing from all this.

…2+2 does not equeal 3
The big problem is, even though he was making $120k/year, his actual income is much closer to $60K/year because of the alimony obligation. If you make $60K, then you should not spent:$700 in clothes from J. Crew, $179 at GapKids/month. This was a recipe for disaster…

Participant
So, in summary Vail Ranch is the Ghetto of Redhawk.
I was driving by Vail Ranch last time, and there were an average about 2 trucks/3 household. Some on them also have more than 6″ lift, that’s just not a sign of good neighborhood π
In a serious note, lets not be snob about an area. Call it a ghetto just not right. I don’t live in Vail, and not even the supporter for Temecula area. My wife loves it here, I am only neutral about the place. Lets be reasonable, it might be the less desireable area compare to Redhawk but its still okay in my book.snail

ParticipantBecause of FormerOwner, TG and Marion!
Moved my family to Temecula in 2007, was looking into the KB houses in Temecula and thought I could afford this (price was lower than LA area). Then found this bloghttp://piggington.com/temecula_housing_market_becoming_illiquid
Got hook reading opinion about Temecula mostly by TG and then reading all the juicy story about Marion at Rancho Bella Vista….Where the heck she is? I missed Her
