Funny you mention that cause of all the places on Convoy Dumpling Inn is probably the restaurant that I see the most Caucasian people at. Usually when we go at least 1/3 of the people there are white — seems to be that they have a reputation amongst Caucasians for being an “authentic” Chinese eatery. However, you can tell from looking at their menu that they cater to a more american palette considering they serve stuff like Orange Chicken. But I could see how the authenticity of a place would be ruined if you see too many white people at an asian restaurant.

They had plenty of bags of rice on the shelves and a huge pallette of Jasmine rice bags up in front. They were limiting the bags to 2 per person but it didn’t seem like they were in danger of running out. Price was $34 for a 50-lb bag or $3.50 for a 5-lb bag. Doesn’t seem like prices have gone up much if at all.

SmellsFeeshyParticipant$199k is pretty cheap for UTC. Lucera is one of the nicer condo conversions in the area too. To think that some people are still trying to get $350k for their 1 br conversions.
600 sqft is pretty standard for a 1br in UTC. But Lucera is still a conversion complex and the units are basically just remodeled apartments. Also what they neglect to mention is that even though you have a garage its really a 2-car garage that you share with your neighbor. Unless I really trust my neighbor I don’t think I would leave anything valuable in the garage.
