ParticipantMay not be for everyone, but here is my two cents: We have a number of items from Jeromes and think you just have to be selective in what you buy. They have medium to good quality stuff and you can get sets for a good price. We have kids so it is likely we will replace certain pieces after 10 years or so, but I think what we have will last. Unlike Mor, the prices are decent and they actually deliver the furniture in a reasonable amount of time. I heard many stories of people buying stuff at Mor but delivery was well past their 2 week delivery time. All our Jeromes furniture was delivered within 2 days, usually sooner.
Recently needed a simple, low end piece for our kid and went the particle board route at Target. Not willing to invest bucks in something that may be trashed and will last them until they want something nice.

I could be in favor of this. Let’s start w/how both parties have double standards and lie and are inept.
I would wager that what most annoys Rich is the “neener, neener” aspect of Republican versus Democrat sniping and not the actual debates about the issues themselves (some of which are quite good). I may disagree vehemently with SK or afx or Raider hater Gandalf, but I certainly respect their acumen and debating style.
Gandalf, AFF is baiting you….that is not the first anchovy he’s launched in your direction….

ParticipantCoronado, like any urban area, definitely has a rat problem. It seems to get worse whenever there is construction in the area–so when you bulldoze a building or have trees removed, you are sending them out to plague your neighbors. Guess that is just how it is.
So, block the holes, have pest control come out with traps and trim trees so that they don’t come near buildings (rat superhighways). These all seemed to help with our problem. They are definitely nasty–they have had their way with our storage area and left us nice presents on anything they chewed their way into. Ick.
