ParticipantIt looks like a corporate relocation and the owner has plenty of equity. In cases like that the only has no incentive to price agressively as they most probably will fare better with a buyout by the relo company.
I havent been in it but from my quick mapping look its a pretty nice location and not under power lines. Givent eh size and location the prcing doesnt seem that far off for the current market. They started at 930K which was too high and didnt get to teh current level until 9/21 which was too late in the season. If they hold out until Feb. they will likely get it sold between 800K and 850K IMO.
1167 Blackbird sold for 859K in 5 days a couple months ago. It had a pool and nicer upgrades but was about 370 sq ft smaller.

Short sales 5,734 up from 5,653. We looked to be leveling off but climbed this week
Countywide we are at 18,158 down from 18,334 last week. Inventory is dropping off but not precipitously yet. It should have already. We may see some interesting inventory levels this Spring.
