Sorry but it is you whom is woefully uninformed. I lived on the East Coast over 30 years and know more than you likely ever will. I understand life back East better than in CA. I worked in the World Trade Center as well as having lived several places between DC and Boston.One auto plant does not make a diverse ecomony or an economic/cultural powerhouse among other things. Make no mistake about. To someone who truly understands the East Coast you ABSOLUTELY live with the Clampetts.

Forget the analysis, I know what it is like on a real life basis. I wouldnt buy a house with loan more than the 3X my income. The rest depends on how much you have to put down.sdrealtor
