What I am claiming victory on is that prices for an average home in that community of that floorplan were not in the low 400’s as you suggested but rather close to 500K as I did. I think this one puts that notion to bed.
FWIW, tax records show a loan of 415K on the 575K purchase dispelling any of your claims involving potential loan fraud.
