Countywide we are at 17,683 down from 17,832 last week.
Countywide pendings start at 5,117 up from 5,104 last week.
I’ve been there. It’s small and in a very dense area with tons of multi-family housing. There are better things out there.
Just to clarify that is a 3br/2 ba condo in the San Marcos school district.
