ParticipantThe number of NOD’s in CV for SFR’s is so negligible at this point it is rather amazing. You can always pull out a few but I wouldnt take this as anything meaningfull. Not that it wont be, but for now the trend is not your friend in Carmel Valley these days.

ParticipantThe transfer to a new system has been a disaster for everyone. you dont do major construction on the freeway in rushg hour and you shouldnt do an MLS changeover in the Spring. We actually pay these idiots to make bad decisions like this.

Participantraptor,
The best thing you can do to thank her is to write a very nice letter to her broker at the office she works in. The broker will forward it to her. Do it on your own stationary. Testimonials are very valuable and I have seen numerous websites with fake testimonials. One very well regarded realtor in blogsphere has a couple dozen testimonials from clients (allegedly posted by clients) but all posted on the same day. While they might have been copied by that person it certainly brings their authenticity to bear. Make it real enough so it cant be taken as fake.Any agent worth their salt should be able to produce a dozen or more letters like that at a moments notice. If they can, you can be a bit more confident you are working with a professional. If they cant they are just trying to fake it.
