ParticipantTwas a time around 2001 and 2002 when SFT sold for a nice premium over LCV. Some it had to do with the perception of OPE being the best school. Roll forward a few years and ECC is now regularly besting OPE on the standardized tests. Low and behold, LCV had the price premium. Now it seems like SFT is trying to get their premium back.
Personally I love the ability for kids to walk to all schools that SFT has. I like the community feel, amenities, location and homes better in LCV. In the long run, both communities should have very similar pricing. To quote Gary Watts, your desired pricing level is “in the bag”!
