BTw, Avenida Obertura closed today. I said it would close for at least $925,000. It closed for $960,000. There are two very different markets out there along the coast. Mediocre homes sit on the shelf regardless of price while truly prime properties are still selling at or near peak prices. As further evidence, a 1 story Davidson home at the end of Sitio Abeto in LCV went into escrow very quickly with an asking price above $1.1M while the same floorplan around the corner on Camino Serbal is sitting at $870,000.

ParticipantSFT is the Centex built neighborhood about 1/4 mile north of RSF on both sides of Acervo. It was built around the mid/late 90’s at the same time that The Ranch was built (probably the nicest SFR community in North County). Yes you are correct that kids can walk to OPE, Diegueno and LCC.
