ParticipantZillow harms people by presenting information based upon flawed models that impacts public perceptions. Regardless of what the instrinsic value of a property is today (much less than FMV) there is a fairly accurate way of establishing FMV (comparable analysis at the street level by appraisors and realtors). Zillow provides lots of good information but their presentation of zestimates is irresponsible IMO.
